A hard money fix and flip loan is a loan made by a hard money lender for the investor to buy, fix it up and sell or rent the house.
Yes' banks offer a 203k program, but closings on those are mostly limited to homeowners that or will be living in the home. "This type of mortgage loan is not an investor type of loan product".
